  3.         This is a small and hopefully growing message net that refuses to die!
  4. I have tried to keep things as simple as possible... anyway the following
  5. rules do have exceptions but don't automatically expect yourself to be one..
  6.  
  7.         - All nodes must poll their hubs at least once a week.
  8. More is preferable but is not necessarily feasible for the SysOp, once a week
  9. will do..
  10.         
  11.         - All nodes must export quality netmail
  12. Nodes that don't will be warned and then removed unless otherwise stated....
  13.         
  14.         - All hubs must poll the whq at least twice a week
  15. Again more is preferable but is not necessarily feasible for the SysOp...
  16.  
  17.         - All hubs must provide the nodes with new nodelists as soon as they
  18. come out.  This is essential to keeping the network running..
  19.  
  20.         - All boards within the network must have the information package
  21. available for download for all callers...
  22.  
  23.         - Lightning Knight's decision on anything is final...
  24.  
  25.         - If a node is requested to limit the access of a particular user, 
  26. this must be done, if it is not done then the entire node will be removed
  27. from the network...

  29.         - That's about it.. as you can see these are simply there to ensure
  30. the smooth running of the network... if you have any problems or suggestions,
